What this site collects
Three things, through its forms: the email address you give when you join the list, the size and email address you give when you register interest in a garment, and whatever you write in the contact form.
As with any website, the services this site runs on — Netlify for hosting, Google Fonts for type — receive standard technical data such as your IP address when a page loads.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site.
How it is used
Email addresses are used to send updates about the brand. Contact messages are used to reply to you. Nothing is used for any other purpose.
Sharing
Personal data collected here is never sold.
When the email list is operated through an email service provider, the addresses on it — and, for garment interest, the sizes registered with them — are shared with that provider for one purpose only: sending Sonciere updates.
Analytics
No analytics scripts run on this site.
Your choices
Once mailings begin, every email will carry an unsubscribe mechanism; using it removes you from the list.
To have your email address or any submission removed sooner, ask through the contact page.

Sonciere began in Los Angeles. This policy is posted to meet California's requirement, under the Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), that a commercial site collecting personal information from California residents display a privacy policy.
